In replacement, the windscreen is replaced, and you can make one windscreen claim for the period of your policy until you reinstate the windscreen by their premium insurance. Secondly, a claim to repair the windscreen can be made. Windscreen repair and replacement made easier To make your windscreen claim, simply bring your vehicle to our auto shop. Our team of technicians will inspect the car and take on the matters in our hands. The Kurnia windscreen panel insurance covers front and back windscreens, all door windows, and the sunroof glass window of the vehicle.
The documents you need to bring to claim the insurance:
If the vehicle is driven into the AMG Auto glass workshop by the policyholder, then:
- Police Report Not Required.
- Copy of policyholder’s IC or Driving License
- Copy of Driver’s IC & Driving License required if policyholder not the driver at the time of the accident.
If Vehicle NOT driven into AMG Auto glass workshop by the policyholder
- Police Report Not Required
- Copy of policyholder’s IC or Driving License
- Copy of Driver’s IC & Driving License
- Copy of updated Registration Card
- Copy of Insurance Policy
- Copy of business form (if registered under company name)
- Copy of NRIC of the person who dropped the vehicle at AMG Auto glass workshop
